Yoga has helped me become pain free! I was having constant pain in my neck. After seeing a doctor and being diagnosed with a pinched nerve and degenerated disks, physical therapy was recommended. However, a friend suggested yoga. I started yoga and it has changed me physically and mentally. Today I am totally pain free and loving life.
In this 90 minute workshop you will learn the foundation of a mindfulness meditation practice along with the benefits of the practice. We will teach a basic breathing practice and the importance of breath during practice. We will invite a discussion between each practice meditation. You will also learn how to bring this mindfulness meditation practice into your home or office. No experience required! You may bring a mat if you like.
The cost of this workshop is $20.
Mama's night out! Join us for an evening of relaxation with yoga, wine and sharing/friendship. This is a FREE monthly event! All we ask is for a small donation ($2-$5) to cover the cost of wine and snacks.
This is a 2 hour workshop for beginning yoga students who want to learn the practice of yoga asana. This workshop will help give new students the tools needed to easily go into an All Levels class with confidence. The cost for this 2 hour workshop is $35; included is a free class pass to another yoga class.
