We are currently open for In-studio classes.
We offer beginner, open, and intermediate level classes. Open level classes (ex. Vinyasa | Open) mean the class difficulty is adjustable to allow beginner students the option to modify and intermediate students the option to amplify their practice.
If you are having trouble viewing our schedule, please click here and you will be redirected to the schedule on our booking software.
Online pre-registration is required for all classes.
We are no longer offering walk-in registration or late admissions to reduce the amount of in-studio contact interaction. We are not offering mat rentals at this time.
If you need to cancel your registration for a mat class, you can do so 12 hours before class via your Wellness Living Account with no penalty. If you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled class or do not show up for class, you will lose your class pass (unlimited tapas memberships) and will be charged a $10 no-show fee.
Our door locks when class starts and late admittance is not granted. In the event of emergencies, please email the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org directly.
If no one is signed up for a scheduled class 1 hour before class starts, the class will be canceled.
