General Studio Policies
Masks: Required at all times as of 1/3/2022
Refund Policy: All sales are final and not subject to refund or redistribution of funds for other studio use. This includes (but not limited to) class passes, drop ins, membership auto-drafts, special events, aerial yoga, workshops, series, YTT, and retail.
Mat Rentals & Props: Students must bring their own mat to class. For sanitation purposes, we are not offering mat rentals at this time. Props such as bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets are available for use in class.
Practice Caution: Do not come to class if you are feeling under the weather, including, but not limited to flu or COVID-like symptoms. If you register for class and decide that it is best to cancel, please email the studio immediately.
Retail Store and Purchasing Retail: Inform staff you want to purchase items and staff will assist you in collecting and processing items for contactless transaction. We will charge your card on file with your permission and email you a receipt.
Age Restrictions: Children ages 9-14 are welcome to accompany an adult to one of our regular, non-heated classes at the regular drop-in rate once a parent/guardian signs consent. Teens 15-17 are welcome to join any weekly class without an adult present once a parent/guardian signs consent. The age minimum for Aerial Yoga is 18
Shoes: Please do not wear shoes on the studio floor or bathroom floor. The floors are swept and mopped daily.
Attendance + Registration Policies for Weekly Class Schedule
Preregistration: Due to capacity limits, all students must sign up and preregister for class. You can do this on our website or App up to the minute before class starts.
Tardiness: Please arrive to class a minimum of 5 minutes before class start time. Class begins and ends on time. You must be on time for class. Once the door is locked and class begins, the teacher will not unlock the door. Do not knock out of respect for the class in progress. Failure to arrive on time for class is considered a no show.
Early Cancellation: Students can cancel their class through WellnessLiving 12 hours before class time without penalties. Your pass will automatically be returned to your account.
Late Cancellation: Students that cancel within the 12 hour window before class will lose their class pass.
No Show: Students that fail to show for class will lose their class pass.
Unlimited Members Only: If you late cancel or do not show up for class, you will be charged a $15.00 no show fee. This fee will charge to the card your membership drafts from.
Class Cancellation: If no one is signed up for class 1 hour before class time, the class will be cancelled.
Drop in Pass: Expires after use. No refunds or account credits can be issued.
New Student Special: 3 classes valid for 3 weeks only. Extensions cannot be granted. No refunds or account credits can be issued.
Changes or Cancellations: All memberships auto renew each month per your signed auto-draft agreement. Cancellations, holds, or changes must be emailed (as a written notice) to the studio at email@example.com 14 days in advance of your request. Requests after this window will be processed for the following billing cycle. We cannot change, refund, or alter your membership after it has charged for the month. There is no additional fee to cancel, terminate, hold, or make a tier change to your membership.
Membership Holds: You can put your membership on hold for a minimum of one month. Partial month holds cannot be honored. Please email the studio at firstname.lastname@example.org to do so.
Membership Sharing: We do not offer sharing of membership class passes to another person.
Declined Card Policy: In the event your card on file is declined, you will be charged a $15.00 surcharge fee to reinstate your monthly membership recurring auto draft purchase. Memberships will be on hold until payment is updated and account due balance is back to zero. This clause is applicable each time a card on file is processed and declined.
Refunds and Redistribution of Funds: We cannot refund your membership after it has been charged for the month. See Membership Policies. All sales and auto drafts are final and not subject to refund or redistribution of funds for other studio use.
Workshops, Series, and Special Event Policies
PBY Preregistration, Tardiness, and No Show policies apply.
Series: Most series can be attended in studio and online. If you sign up online and want to attend a session in studio, please let us know and if space allows, you may. All series sessions are recorded and emailed to all participants the next day to keep and view for up to 7 days after the series ends. In the event you will miss a live session, a recording will be emailed to you the next day.
Cancellation policies for workshops, series, and special events are as follows:
Early Cancellation: Cancellations more than 72 hours before start time will result in the pass being added back to your account. You can use this pass for the same workshop, series, or event if and when it is scheduled again. There are no refunds or account credits issued. Pass cannot be altered or used for a different event or for class passes.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations less than 72 hours before the start time or not showing up on time result in forfeiture of pass. There are no refunds or account credits issued. Pass cannot be altered or used for a different event or for class passes.
Aerial Yoga Policies
Clothing & Masks: Wear a tighter fitting t-shirt (no tank tops allowed) and long leggings. Covering the skin will keep you protected and able to freely move. Jewelry and long, pointed fingernails can rip the hammock fabric; therefore, NO JEWELRY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING APPLE WATCHES, may be worn during the workshop. Please leave these items at home. Please have your fingernails short and/or trimmed. Masks are currently required.
Water & Food: Bring a bottle of water with you. We have a bottle refilling station and PBY water bottles for sale at the front of the studio. It is recommended to eat something light about an hour before flying or a full meal a couple of hours before flying. Practicing aerial yoga on a completely full or empty stomach can cause upset.
Mats: Provided, but feel free to bring your own.
Health Status: Reach out to us at email@example.com if you have any of the following: high or low blood pressure, glaucoma, vertigo, a recent surgery, recent illness or injury, pregnancy, heart abnormalities, history of fainting, botox within the last 6 hours, or any other medical condition that could cause complications inverting or interacting with the hammock.
Age Restrictions: You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Aerial Yoga Workshops.
Cancellation & No Show Policy:

Photos: Photos may be taken in Aerial workshops to be used for social media. You will be asked to sign a photo release form upon arrival to the studio.
Outdoor Yoga Policies
Class is down by the river on the Greene St bridge side of the park.
Students MUST pre-register on our website and sign a waiver before coming to any outdoor class.
All PBY Pre-Registration, Tardiness, Early and Late Cancellation, and No Show policies apply.
Mats, towels, and props will NOT be provided. Students must bring their own.
You may want to bring a towel or beach mat to place under your yoga mat for comfort purposes.
Optional items for comfort: bug spray, bottled water, sunglasses, sunscreen.
In the event of inclement weather, the class will cancelled and all registered students will be notified via email and text message. Evening classes will be cancelled and students will be notified 2 hours before class time. Morning classes will be cancelled and students will be notified by 8pm the night before. There are no refunds for inclement weather. However, you can choose to use your pass purchase for a different class, if desired. Outdoor yoga passes can only be used for outdoor classes.
What constitutes inclement weather?
Expected rain of more than 40% before or during class, extreme soggy ground from previous extended rains, or having a projected high temperature of 55F or less during class.
